Keeping a television set on in the background for background sounds (or the radio) is one thing. Settling in to enjoy it is totally another. Find a workplace and do the job there. This helps you split your working time from your goofing off time. Yes, this can be gonna possibly feel a lot like the job you just left but thats okay. 2. Create normal working hours for work. The nice thing about IM is the fact that you dont need to work the same hours as everybody else. When you generate your living on the web you don't have to live by that tired "nine to five" mindset. At the same time you ought to set aside a few hours every day that are just for working. If you discover you will get more done later in the day, set aside your work hours for that time. This is very good because it is very possible to train your body after a while to be in "work" mode at certain times of day so that, eventually, you won't have to make yourself get to work, your body will want to do it naturally. 3. Have a good attitude. This probably sounds somewhat cheesy but the simple fact is that staying positive and thinking I can do this can often be what helps you achieve your goals. You might be thinking that the whole "it is important to have a good attitude" thing is trite and best left to daytime talk shows, but it is still true that most success is found by people who have a good attitude. People who think "I want money to find me" do not create a great deal of money at all but those who think "I am going to make money today" find high levels of success!
